Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 685946 B.C Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our hotel, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Staff Recruitment and ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage a team of staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, and other hotel employees.
Performance ManagementConduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Training and DevelopmentDevelop and implement training programs to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
Event ManagementManage events and functions held at the hotel, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules for staff, ensuring that the hotel is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role
LanguageEnglish
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week
