About the Role

Zim Recycling is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans that align with our business objectives
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage Sales Operations
    • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
    • Manage sales data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
  • Represent the Company
    • Represent Zim Recycling in sales meetings and negotiations with customers and partners
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales operations
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership or sales operations
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
