Executive Director, Sales

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at Zim Recycling. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our retail and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet their targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in MS Office and other business software.
As a member of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
