**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and manage industry channel approach and partner strategies to drive sales growth.
- Develop pricing policies and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance.
**Requirements**
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Food Science, Science, or Nutrition.
- Over 5 years of proven leadership/project management experience.
- Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
- Diverse negotiation and sales techniques.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
