**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage industry channel approach and partner strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop pricing policies and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance.

**Requirements**

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Food Science, Science, or Nutrition.
  • Over 5 years of proven leadership/project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Diverse negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
