Job Summary

Zim Recycling is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Sales Operations to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new markets, developing sales forecasts, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training to improve sales skills, and conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: Manage sales budgets, including forecasting revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the Company: Represent Zim Recycling in sales meetings, negotiations, and other business functions, and ensure that the company's brand and values are represented consistently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing market trends.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with sales software and tools.
