Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff
  • Oversee food preparation personnel
  • Conduct training sessions on operational duties and safety protocols
  • Calculate ingredient requirements for meal preparation
  • Uphold quality control measures
  • Manage financial budgets and cost assessments
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
  • Compile reports and manage food orders
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of meals
Staff Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 staff members, including:

  • General cooks
  • Food and beverage servers
  • Food service counter attendants and preparers
  • Kitchen and food service assistants
Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position.

Transportation Requirements

Having your own transportation is necessary for this role.
