Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MAN FOOD SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment or equivalent.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
