Food Preparation Team Leader

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree required
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
This position is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service
- Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Recruit and hire food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
You will supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, including:
- General Cook
- Food Service Counter Attendants
- Food Preparers
This role requires the ability to thrive in a:

Physical demands include:
- Extended periods of standing
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Walking and other physically demanding tasks
