Job Summary:
Hakka Legend Ajax is seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with the specifications of our executive chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup stations according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepare food as required for daily operations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Restock items as required throughout shifts.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation set by restaurant standards.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Use and maintain all kitchen equipment.
- Assist in cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen.
- Perform any other duties requested by managers.
Requirements:
- Ability to work individually.
- Strong work ethics and positive team attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- One year experience in the food industry.
- Able to work long hours.
- Able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Able to commute to work.
