Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Safety: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to prevent cross-contamination.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
