About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Develop and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet work schedules and quality standards.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Staff Supervision and Training

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
    • Experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role is an asset.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused and flexible with a strong team player attitude.
    • Initiative and dependability are essential for success in this role.
