Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced assistant cook to join our team at Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Staff Training: Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent Position: A permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
- English Language: Work in a predominantly English-speaking environment.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
