Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Professional to join our team at 14491483 Canada Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Coordinate special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet the needs of our clients.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Food Allergy Management: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Buffet and Banquet Management: Organize and execute buffets and banquets with precision and attention to detail.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical demands of the role.
- Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
