POSITION OVERVIEW

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or an associate degree in Culinary Arts
  • A minimum of 4 years in culinary or a related profession

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Upholding Culinary Excellence

  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Assess production requirements
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations

Leading Kitchen Staff

  • Supervise and manage kitchen team
  • Lead shifts and coordinate food preparation
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation

Delivering Outstanding Guest Experience

  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Oversee daily operational tasks
  • Address guest feedback and concerns

Achieving Culinary Objectives

  • Meet and surpass performance benchmarks
  • Establish specific goals and strategies
  • Effectively utilize labor management tools

Human Resource Management

  • Identify training needs of team members
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance
  • Engage in the performance evaluation process

Additional Duties

  • Share information with team members
  • Analyze data and resolve issues
  • Participate in team meetings
