Set-Up Injection Molding Technician

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Set-Up Injection Molding professional to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing and setting up injection molding equipment, developing and modifying robot programs, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities- Install and set up injection molding equipment, including moulds and moulding machines
- Develop and modify robot programs to handle parts without causing damage to the equipment or parts
- Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency, and work with quality inspectors to ensure part quality and performance
- Provide ownership and analysis of injection molding process and equipment for the reduction of defects, overall process improvement, and reduction of downtime
- Grade 12 diploma
- Ability to operate a crane and drive a forklift truck
- Working knowledge of plastic injection moulding
- Good mechanical aptitude
