Mitchell Plastics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our Night Shift team. Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

In this position, your expertise in injection molding processes will be instrumental in setting up and starting molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to precise specifications. You will meticulously ensure that all processes adhere to set-up tolerances, diligently documenting any deviations from the established master setup procedures.

Your responsibilities will encompass verifying color feeders and product quality, guaranteeing consistent output that meets our high standards. A steadfast commitment to safety protocols is paramount in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and initiate molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to provided specifications.
  • Maintain strict adherence to set-up tolerances throughout the production process.
  • Meticulously document any deviations from the established setup master procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of color feeders and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Prioritize safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
