About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at KLRR Food Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that all health and safety standards are met.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, team player, and time management.
