Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary direction and leadership to our kitchen team, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Staff Training: Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed and that our kitchen meets all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, work under pressure.
