Job Title: Restaurant Captain

At Chase Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for leading our service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, casual fine-dining establishment
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage items
  • Able to cope with pressure and tight schedules
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and impeccably organized
