About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Restaurant Le Tournesol. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve menu goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food and kitchen areas to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
