About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Charlevoix to join our team at Club Med. As a Butcher - Charlevoix, you will be responsible for creating innovative and flavorful cuisine to surprise our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer a meat specialty and provide a plating-up service (cutting and dressing) at the buffet by personalizing the customer relationship.
  • Manage orders and stocks for this section.
  • Check the setting up, appeal, and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service).
  • Guarantee the quality of services and compliance with Club health and safety rules Med as well as maintenance of the resort's assets.
