About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at A4S Immigration Services Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including supervising staff, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in English.
