Supply Chain Production Coordinator - Plant-Based Products

We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Production Coordinator within the Supply Chain division at Danone Canada. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Planning, your primary responsibility will be to develop and refine production and supply strategies for our plant-based offerings. Your contributions are vital in achieving optimal fill rates for our clientele, aligning with our ambitious targets.

  • Oversee production activities in collaboration with manufacturing facilities and co-manufacturers to enhance finished goods inventory management
  • Proactively assess supply challenges and recommend solutions through effective demand management and production alignment
  • Manage daily and weekly exceptions to maximize fill rates while optimizing costs in collaboration with Demand Planning and Customer Service teams
  • Support innovation initiatives by leveraging supply chain insights and crafting alternative supply scenarios
  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement transportation strategies for plant-based products between production locations and storage facilities
  • Evaluate and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics
  • Mitigate financial losses from expired products through strategic production and demand management
