Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues with work orders.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
