Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling and dispatching personnel
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues with work orders
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Our warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our logistics team to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
