About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Review Planner to join our team at RONA Inc. This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of project management and product merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for all RONA banners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, process development, or retail planning
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
