Job Title: Inventory Lifecycle Planner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Lifecycle Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on inventory that requires markdowns, as well as supporting the team and internal clients to achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial business partner to Merchandising and Planning teams
  • Analyze figures related to inventory and sales, and margins
  • Analyze and participate with the merchandising teams in order to sell end-of-life inventory
  • Produce inventory turns and obsolescence analysis
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of key performance indicators
  • Put in place financial planning models for forecast, and budget
Requirements
  • Undergraduate university education in finance, accounting or economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience pertinent experience
  • Experience with Retail, Margin, and Inventory
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and presentation skills to leadership team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel, Power BI, Dashboard developments
