Business Account Manager Role

As a Business Account Manager at Desjardins Group, you will play a key role in serving, prospecting for, soliciting, and developing and maintaining business relationships with members and clients. Your primary objective will be to help sell business products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and services to clients and members.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
