Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and responsibilities.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
