The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a visionary leader who is passionate about urban planning and possesses expertise in policy formulation. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in the Ontario region and be knowledgeable about both provincial and federal planning regulations.

As the Principal of Urban Planning, you will lead the Urban Planning department, implementing strategies that prioritize sustainable, innovative, and community-focused urban design.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Urban Geography, Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
  • Master's Degree in Urban Planning
  • 10+ years of experience in an urban planning context, with exposure to both private and public sectors
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Urban Planning and Design
  • Strong technical acumen and design proficiency, particularly in a consulting framework
  • Demonstrated portfolio of urban planning initiatives, especially within Ontario
  • Expertise in policy development, planning methodologies, and navigating development and permit procedures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a meticulous approach to project management
  • High energy, innovative thinking, and a dynamic approach to design and planning
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
