SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts, fostering, nurturing, and enhancing robust relationships.
  • Coordinate daily operations in collaboration with Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, and our Flight Centre division.
  • Engage with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless aircraft operations.
  • Assist in the annual renewal process by presenting financial plans and contractual terms in conjunction with the Finance team.
  • Facilitate aircraft onboarding and offboarding projects from initial contract discussions to the successful integration into daily operations, ensuring precise execution of service agreements for an exceptional client experience.
  • Address, manage, and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and enhancement opportunities using our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring effective solutions are implemented to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Generate, enhance, and submit reports, while supporting various projects aimed at improving the client experience.
  • Contribute to Business Development initiatives to secure and maintain client accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in aviation management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service capacity.
  • Experience in the business aviation sector is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Effective time management and adaptability to transition smoothly between client accounts.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
