Job Title: Account Manager

Location: HYBRID ROLE – 2 Days In-Office

Job Overview: The Account Manager, under the guidance of the Account Director, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of client initiatives. This position is focused on nurturing daily client interactions, ensuring that client requirements are fulfilled, delivering outstanding program executions, and meeting key performance metrics (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the execution of client initiatives from start to finish
  • Establish and maintain robust daily relationships with clients
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and KPIs
  • Develop and manage critical path schedules to guarantee timely delivery of essential program elements
  • Lead a team of Account Coordinators and Field Managers, focusing on their development and mentorship
  • Oversee asset production and inventory management
  • Stay informed about all program components and proactively identify potential issues or risks to ensure excellence in delivery
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance and progress, including tracking results, thorough analysis, and capturing insights
  • Manage program financials with complete budget accuracy, including budget reconciliations
  • Engage in strategy sessions and provide insights for program enhancements
  • Ensure compliance of all program activities with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting
  • Work effectively within a multifunctional and diverse team

Core Competencies:

Hard Skills:

  • Post-secondary education, ideally in Marketing and Events
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executing effective marketing programs
  • Experience in experiential marketing, production, and asset management
  • Proficient in managing critical path schedules and budgets
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight trips

  • Exceptional client management abilities and a strong capacity to build trusted, long-lasting relationships
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adept at presenting results effectively to clients, including senior management
  • Commitment to flawless execution on every program, regardless of size and complexity
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client Satisfaction: Evaluated through client feedback and satisfaction surveys
  • Project Delivery: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget
  • Program-Specific Metrics: Metrics related to consumer engagement, samples distributed, and shifts filled
  • Quality of Deliverables: Assessment of project outcomes against established quality standards and client expectations
