As a Client Relationship Executive, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction by fostering strategic partnerships.

Your role will involve:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to guarantee that our clients receive top-tier products and services.
  • Overseeing retention and growth strategies to enhance client engagement.
  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of your assigned accounts, including their primary business drivers, operational models, and competitive environments.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust connections with decision-makers and influencers at all levels within each account.
  • Collaborating with Fiserv business leaders to analyze monthly performance metrics and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Negotiating contracts as they approach expiration.
  • Presenting insights and strategies to C-level executives.
  • Utilizing your experience of at least 5 years in managing substantial portfolios.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in negotiating large-scale enterprise agreements.
