Match Retail is on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Field Sales Consultant with extensive knowledge of home appliances to enhance brand visibility for our esteemed client. In this role, you will cultivate and oversee client relationships at corporate, dealer, and retail levels by mentoring, training, and supporting various vendors and retail locations.

Field Sales Consultant - Home Appliance

LG Electronics is currently in search of Field Sales Consultants who possess a passion for selling and training in the Home Appliance sector. In this position, you will develop and maintain client relationships at corporate, dealer, and retail levels while enhancing brand recognition with various vendors and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client interactions at retail locations
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Representatives
  • Conduct training sessions for Retail Staff
  • Organize pre-scheduled training sessions on a weekly basis
  • Offer sales assistance at retail locations weekly
  • Analyze market trends and report on product perception
  • Plan and lead training and launch meetings to ensure all client and retailer groups are equipped with necessary product knowledge
  • Provide sales support through business advice and product consultation to retailers as needed
  • Ensure merchandise stock levels align with product demand and report findings
  • Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market
  • Address issues impacting brand integrity and presence
  • Relay feedback to the Regional Field Manager and LG
  • Assist in Go To Market planning and promotional activities in the field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive events and programs
  • Offer strategic insights to leverage the client brand effectively.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in the Home Appliance industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Home Appliances
  • Background as a Field Sales Consultant
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Track record of successfully training and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to travel within the market.
  • Enthusiasm for being on the road.

Additional Information:

  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) during the day
  • Competitive base salary, car allowance, cell phone allocation, bonuses, and more
