We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial businesses across the province to provide a variety of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers' unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with commercial businesses
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle
  • 1-2 years of front-line sales experience
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate license required in the respective province within 6 months of hiring date, with support from Northbridge Financial Corporation
