Job Summary

Rise Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Application Management: Screen and manage applicant inventories, ensuring that all candidates meet the minimum requirements for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates and facilitate the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
