About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Finance Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their administrative skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Complete electronic filing by scanning documents, migrating, and classifying them into our digital document management platform.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, couriers, mail, and deliveries with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Word Processing: Prepare memos, letters, agreements, and other documents using MS Word.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accurate and efficient retrieval of information.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of reception or office administration experience.
  • Financial Knowledge: Enthusiasm for financial concepts and a desire to grow knowledge in the finance sector.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality data entry.
  • Paperless Filing: Experience with a paperless filing system.
  • Professionalism: Ability to work in a professional small office environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Detail-oriented, flexible, and supportive of all staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with experience in QuickBooks.
