About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Alberta. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Complete electronic filing by scanning documents, migrating, and classifying them into our digital document management platform.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, couriers, mail, and deliveries, and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
  • Word Processing: Prepare memos, letters, agreements, and other documents using MS Word.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, and coordinate searches for various documents.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare payable and receivable invoices, and assist with other accounting tasks as required.
  • Office Supplies: Maintain and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of reception/office administration experience.
  • Financial Knowledge: Enthusiasm for financial concepts and a desire to grow knowledge in the finance sector.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with a paperless filing system, QuickBooks, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
