Administrative Project Coordinator

About the Role
This position is an addition to the current team at EightSix Network, a company that values innovation and teamwork. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as an Administrative Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.
- Manage change notices and project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Prepare and organize end-of-project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Create and issue purchase orders, coordinating delivery dates and deadlines with vendors.
- Verify and monitor receipt of required manuals and ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Enter, confirm, and transfer budgets for change notices, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Develop service offers for change notices, providing value-added solutions to clients.
- Create change notice reports, analyzing data and providing insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a project management or administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects at an administrative level, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
