Key Responsibilities

  • Organize regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage change notices and project updates, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  • Prepare and organize end-of-project documentation, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate delivery dates and deadlines, verifying receipt of required manuals and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Verify and monitor receipt of required manuals, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage project documentation structure, creating and organizing necessary files to facilitate efficient project management.
  • Enter, confirm, and transfer budgets for change notices, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
  • Develop service offers for change notices, providing value-added solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create change notice reports, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of administrative management and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate projects at an administrative level, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit, essential for this role, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.
