About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through personalized service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase sales
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and showcase our luxury products to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Ensure exceptional client service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus)
  • A college/university degree
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
