About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Montréal. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized, high-energy client experiences aligned with Tiffany's core brand values and integrity.
  • Resolve client issues effectively and with empathy, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
  • Initiate proactive product recommendations for clients, demonstrating and sharing brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, collecting relevant information to support relationship building.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all times.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.
  • Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in luxury client service (retail, travel, hospitality) and a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in French & English, high energy, and passion.
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, handling phone, email, and live chat communications.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
