About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction. Your passion for delivering exceptional client experiences will drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and exceed commercial targets.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring every interaction is a memorable moment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to deliver personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
