About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction. Your exceptional communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for delivering an extraordinary client experience will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
    • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
    • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
    • Identify innovative ways to grow your business through delivering elevated client experiences.
    • Drive business through key product pillars.
    • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Service:
    • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
    • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
    • Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors identified within the NPS program.
    • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
    • Connect with your client's wardrobe to 'style them'.
  • Experience:
    • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
    • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
    • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
    • Ability to connect with clients.
    • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
    • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
