Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized and high-energy client experiences aligned with Tiffany's core brand values and integrity.
  • Consistently provide luxury outstanding service to resolve client issues effectively and with empathy.
  • Escalate issues diligently to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
  • Initiate proactive and relevant product recommendations for clients.
  • Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by getting to know them and collecting relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all times.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.
  • Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in luxury client service and a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in French and English, high energy, and passion.
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, handling phone, email, and live chat communications.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
