At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized service and recommendations to clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- A college/university degree.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
