Data Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Control Supervisor to join our team at Team Durani Inc. As a Data Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data control team, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and secure.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 data control specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Data Quality: Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall data quality.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data control and related areas.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit regular reports on data quality, process performance, and team metrics to senior management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data control or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
