About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Control Supervisor to join our team at Team Durani Inc. As a Data Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data control team, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 data control specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Data Quality: Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and secure.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on data control metrics and trends.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest data control technologies and tools, and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a data control or related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent computer use.
