About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Control Supervisor to join our team at Team Durani Inc. As a Data Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train workers in data management duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on data management performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of data management equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate and assign work tasks, reviewing progress and providing technical advice to team members.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for data management operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to perform their roles.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage data and perform tasks.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with basic security clearance requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing a large caseload and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data management or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
