  • Train and Develop Team Members

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to perform their duties effectively.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and analyze data to prepare comprehensive reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve our data management processes.

Ensure Data Integrity

Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.

Coordinate and Review Work

Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requisition and Order Materials

Procure and manage the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support our data management operations.

Establish Work Schedules and Procedures

Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure our data management operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage and analyze data, as well as communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Security and Safety

Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including background checks and adherence to data protection policies.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Personal Suitability

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, organization, reliability, and teamwork.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a data management or related role.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Support for Indigenous People
